Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zenoa.nz (the “Site”), operated by Zenoa (“Zenoa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to give visitors information about Zenoa’s products and services and to allow enquiries and support requests. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or related networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security.
- Use automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our written consent.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
3. Products and platform services are separately contracted
This Site is informational and does not itself constitute an offer to provide software development, AI, cybersecurity, R&D services, or access to our auto parts management platform. Any actual engagement or subscription — including scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, liability, and data handling — is governed exclusively by a separate, signed services agreement, order form, or platform terms between you (or your organisation) and Zenoa. Nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a substitute for that agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Zenoa name and wordmark, and the underlying design and code — are owned by or licensed to Zenoa and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenoa and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate services agreement between you and Zenoa specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
